PAINT MARKING STENCIL SYSTEM
Ocean Shine Decal
has added the paint marking stencil system to our conventional vinyl decal
product ranges. OSD is able to offer two products on the new system.
One is removable,
adhesive paper paint-mask with excellent resistance against solvents which
is suitable for sign-painting on container side wall with lazy type corrugations
or flat surface. The second type is a vinyl paint-mask system which is
suitable for deep corrugation panels and intricate structure. This system
is suitable for special container e.g. Termcotank.
Since Ocean Shine Decal started producing paint stencils and has built up production substantially, the biggest sales have been made to date to Capital Lease, Brigantine Services Hong Kong (Maersk Sealand), CMA-CGM, GESeaCo, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K-Line), RCL, Termcotank and Transinsular. Ocean Shine Decal is the nominated paint marking stencil supplier of Capital Lease, Brigantine Services and Termcotank.
Ocean Shine Decal has supplied its stencils to over nineteen container production lines in China, including eleven factories run by CIMC group, Brigantine Services, TYC, Suzhoo Asia, Market Sino-Ace, Hyundai, Jindo group and Singamas group.
